About

I'm so absolutely grateful I went down the computer/cyber path. I've come to love it and the rabbit hole is incomprehensibly deep.

It seems the most abstract concepts here become practical. The emergence of intelligence is particularly amazing. To think I have the privilege to make an impact on this in my lifetime... For that I'm excited and thankful.

Philosophy I enjoy for similar reasons, but I also appreciate the simplicity of the root questions.

I try to reconcile what I learn, and for this reason (among others) I connected with Spinoza's Ethics. His idea of oneness is beautiful. I truly enjoy thinking about the Universe, and I believe philosophy has given me an open-mindedness.

Some other interests of mine include biohacking (optimizing health), homelabbing (see projects section), quantum computing (again, incomprehensible physics), history (I'm not an expert but I enjoy it), audiobooks, and many other pursuits.
